All rates are subject to the 9% N.H. room & meals tax. THE RATES INCLUDE ROOM, 3 MEALS DAILY, AND USE OF RECREATIONAL FACILITIES. Rates do not include gratuities for dining room, housekeeping and playhouse staff.
Children ages 2-5 less 15% of the weekly rate; under age two, $50 weekly including a crib if needed.
Daily charge for extra overnight guests is $85 per person.
Checkout time is 11:00 A.M. Checkin time is 3:00 P.M. Generally, a week begins with Saturday dinner and ends with a box lunch on the following Saturday
PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED.
CANCELLATION POLICY: Deposits will be fully refunded if two months prior notice is given or if the accommodation can be rerented.
